SMS'ing
We always try to offer our clients the very best service and in keeping with this we are able to send an SMS reminder to your mobile phone, 24 hours prior to your appointment. simply text back yes or no to keep or cancel your appointment.
This is a very popular service with our clients and they have mentioned how nice it is to get a quick little reminder, just a day before their appointment. Please enjoy this extra level of service. Appointment Cancellations Policy
We do require 24 hours notice to cancel all appointments. Otherwise, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the original service booked will be charged if cancellation was make less then 8 hours.
When you book an appointment at 4u2c Body Utopia we set that time and therapist aside just for you. We often turn away clients that are desperate for an appointment because we are booked out. If you cancel with late notice, it inconveniences the many other clients that are on a waiting list. If no notice given the full fee is charged.
We, in turn, will reduce your treatment cost by 50% if we need to cancel your appointment, with less then 24 hours notice (due to staff illness etc) - After all, its only fair that we do for you, what you do for us!.
Late Appointments policy
We understand that you have a busy life. So we open extended hours for your convenience. The salon is open late every evening of the week and all day Saturday, so that you can come at a time that really suits you. We would like our clients also respect us and our policy and don’t be late to you appointments.
- If you are late once, an apology will be accepted.
- If you are late twice a box of chocolate would be appreciated.
- If you are late three times a dinner will be great.
- If you are late four times please don’t bother coming back.

Child Free Zone
We really love kids however......In order to ensure that all our clients receive absolute bliss from their treatment. We ask that children, under the age of 10 years, not be brought to the salon. Many of our clients use their time with us to escape the pressure of family and truly unwind. It is not fair on clients if they’re trying to enjoy a treatment and child is distracting from their experience. Further, we have hot wax and electrical equipment that may pose a safety risk for small children.
If you have children and are unable to arrange care during the day, make the most of our evening appointments and all day Saturday trading to give yourself a break from the kids, kick back and enjoy a bit of “you” time.
